After 10 pm, sound carries easily and may disturb others. Please keep noise levels low, especially if you're moving through common areas or have children with you. Quiet hours are intended to maintain the tranquil atmosphere that defines THE NAVIS.
Strong food smells (for example dried squid, seafood, durian) can linger in the air and affect other rooms. Cooking with the window open and AC off helps ensure that the air remains fresh for you and future guests, preserving the comfortable environment we strive to provide.
Moving items can lead to scratches, dents, or even breakage. For any adjustments, feel free to reach out to our team. Damage fees may apply to cover any necessary repairs.
Fire safety is critical, and a quick response is essential. Emergency instructions are located in your room for easy access, detailing safe exits and the steps to take. Your cooperation ensures everyone’s safety.

While we maintain strict security, THE NAVIS can only assume responsibility for items stored at Reception. We encourage guests to use this service for any high-value items for peace of mind.
This rule supports a fresh, smoke-free environment in rooms and common areas, aligning with our commitment to guest health and well-being. A fine will apply if smoking occurs outside of designated areas.
Prohibited items can disrupt the safe, peaceful environment we maintain. Please leave such items outside THE NAVIS to help us ensure an optimal experience for everyone.
Visitors not staying at THE NAVIS cannot enter guest rooms. Please inform Reception if you have guests.
