Check-in & Check-out
At THE NAVIS, we offer a convenient self check-in and check-out experience to suit your schedule.
1 | Check-in
Check-in is from 2 pm. Free check-in time is from 10 am to 2 pm depending on availability. A drop-off bag corner is available.
One day before your arrival, please kindly inform us of your expected check-in time.
Our reception is available from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If you arrive after 4:00 PM, you will receive your room key card from our doorman (on duty overnight), or we will provide you with self check-in instructions using a door code.
2 | At the airport
The best way to reach our place from the airport is by booking a car through the Grab app. Grab is widely used in Da Nang and throughout Vietnam.
Similar to Uber, Grab lets you know the exact fare in advance. You can easily install the Grab app using any phone number—give it a try today with your number.
Additionally, you can purchase an affordable Vietnamese 4G SIM card at the airport to start using data and book your ride.
Taxis and Grab cars may charge an extra 13,000 VND (less than 1 USD) for the airport parking fee. During the day, the fare typically ranges from 80,000 to 120,000 VND per trip. At night, the cost is slightly higher, between 150,000 and 200,000 VND per trip. Keep in mind that traditional taxis may be more expensive due to airport parking fees.
3 | Address in Vietnamese letters

If you choose to take a taxi, show the driver our address in Vietnamese and be sure to confirm the fare before getting in. Feel free to negotiate the price for the best deal.
4 | Early Check-in
If your selected room is available when you arrive, our team will notify you on the check-in day, allowing for early check-in with the following fees:
- Before 6:00 AM: 100% nightly rate
- From 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM: 100,000 VND (5 USD) extra fee
- From 10:00 AM to 2 PM: Free early check-in
5 | Self Check-in
If no staff is on duty at the time of your check-in, we will send you the key box code one day before your arrival. Rest assured, our 24/7 hotline is always available to support you.
6 | Registration
Please send The NAVIS a photo of the passport and visa of all staying guests upon check-in. This is required for temporary residence registration with the Regional Police. The NAVIS reserves the right to refuse service if valid identification is not provided
Now it's time to unwind and relax!
7 | Check-out
12 PM. Simply place the room key cards on the reception table. If you need a late check-out, just let us know, and we'll see if it's available.
